Every project runs in two-week cycles. Each one starts with a clear question and ends with something you can click, watch or hold — never a presentation about work that doesn’t exist yet.
Monday: one question
We agree the single most important question for the sprint. “Does the identity hold up in motion?” “Can a new user finish setup in two minutes?” Everything that week serves that question.
Friday: something real
Reviews happen around live prototypes. Clients join the working session, not a polished reveal. Decisions get made in the room, and the next sprint starts on Monday with no lost time.
“We’d rather show you something unfinished than tell you something polished.”
